Time Flies
I wish I had the time to comment on every little thing that happens, but it is really too difficult. I have to work, which takes a good amount of my time. I also have to go to the gym, in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Then, there’s household things like cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing. Again, I have things I like to read, books, newspapers, magazines, and on-line journals. I have to make time to relax, and to basically fuck around. Add to that mix the time I put into maintaining this website, and things get short really fast. I have to write a speech, and I don’t know where I’ll find the time to do it.
What else would I like to comment on? Current events: Immigration, the Miami joke . . . I mean terror cell, the economy, finance, the Sabres, the Bills, rebuilding Buffalo, the upcoming election, philosophy, books I am reading, advances in science and engineering, astronomy, hobbies and toys that I have, and so on and so on.
Is it any wonder, with everything I am doing that I am not dating anyone right now? I simply don’t have the time.
And it’s a good thing that I’m working out every day, otherwise, my blood pressure would be through the roof. JUst eating healthy and working out is keeping it at a barely manageable level, borderline high. At least Idon’t drink heavily anymore.
I don’t know how I used to do that. I think about how much it would cost to drink like that nowadays, and just for beer alone, I would be looking at $40 a night, or $1200 a month. That’s a lot of money.
