I’m Being Watched . . .
Anyone who puts up a website can look to see who is looking at their website. It’s a fairly simple process. And, if you are intelligent enough, you can look to see who is looking at other people’s websites.
I’ve noticed, over the last couple of days, that someone from US Department of Treasury Executive Office of Asset Forfeiture has been looking on my site at one specific post in my blog. They are reaching my site through a Technorati search.
My questions are:
Why would someone from the Department of Treasury be looking at my site? Is it someone searching the blogosphere looking for radical elements? Why would they be looking at the same post every day? Is it someone from the Secret Service (which is a part of the Dept. of Treasury) trying to make connections? Or, is it something benign, like someone wasting time at work?
I know you are out there, Mr. Fed. I know you are watching me.
