Some people are really moronic. Like I would have a card with the competition. But then again, these people are spammers and phishers, and they aren’t known for their intelligence. They just mass email things like this out to people in hopes that someone will fall for the ruse. The funny thing about this one is the mis-spellings and punctuation errors. Of course, I altered the link to prevent people from clicking on a link to take them to the wrong place.



 

Dear Chase Bank valued costumer,

      Due to concerns, for the safety and integrity of the online banking community we have issued this warning message .

 It has come to our attention that your account information needs to be verified , due lastest fraudulent E-mails.
We have reasons to believe that your account was hijacked by a third party without your authorization.

 If you could please take 5 minutes out of your online experience and confirm your records you will not run into any future problems with the online service .

 However , failure to update your records will result in account suspension.



 This notification expires on May 15 , 2006.

 Once you have updated your account records, please also change your account password (for security reasons).
