Another Upgrade
It’s that time again . . . another upgrade. I re-did the skin, and the upgrade and new skin are on Re: and Fwd:. It’s cleaner, a little more organized, and doesn’t appear to fuck up when viewed in Internet Exploder. It took a lot of owrk to get it done, but I was able to do it this weekend. Now all I have to do, as far as that goes, is do the software on the other two websites.
While I was at it, I decided to add on a plugin to show pictures in galleries rather than individually. I figure that ultimately, it will save me some bandwidth. It’s pretty nice, but it’s taken forever to edit all the posts that I’ve put up already. I mean, there are some 400 picture galleries that need to be converted, and unfortunately, it all has to be done manually, per post. There’s no way to automate it. Besides, when I first started doing this, I didn’t organize the pictures into ine folder for each post, and the pictures have all sorts of messed up names. It’s going through the old ones that’s taking me a long time.
That’s what I get for trying to make this a better site. Constant work, that’s what this is. And I wonder why I’m starting to burn out by the weekend. Weekends just aren’t fun anymore. I just have too much to do and not enough time to do it in. That’s what I get for doing this site.
