1. I got a note really quickly about this post.

   Just a note to apologize about the response you received regarding the Calais PHP class. While the Calais team appreciates all of the work our (thousands) of development partners have put into building tools to make Calais more accessible – this brings with it the risk of a few people saying things that get attached to the Calais name – that aren’t the opinions of the Calais team.

   Please drop by http://www.opencalais.com and check out the gallery – there may be other tools there you can take advantage of.

   Tagaroo on the other hand was developed specifically for us by a third party developer – so in this case we’re on the hook. If you have problems with it please jump onto the opencalais forums and we’ll try to get things
   fixed.

   This was a nice response, and I appreciate it. Like the tagaroo plugin, it represents a company that makes good product and cares not just about how it is perceived, but how its customers are taken care of. I don’t have anything negative to say about opencalais – it’s just that the one developer was kind of snotty.
