Upgrading
Upgrading can be a pain in the ass. I just got through upgrading another part of my website. It’s where I post all the jokes and pictures that people forward to me. It took me a couple of hours to do. You have to back everything up, then delete all pertinent files, FTP new files, run scripts, make sure plug-ins work, and then, after crossing fingers and knocking wood, hope everything works. Unfortunately, the spell checker does not work for the new WordPress, but I was able to get the “Email this Post” plug-in to work, which is nice. I figure, since most traffic to my website is to that part of my site, I may as well set it up so that people can email jokes to their friends. It should draw more traffic, and hopefully generate more money.
Isn’t that what it’s all about? Fame, Fortune and Frauleins?
