I was listening to Coast to Coast AM, and heard about Switch on your amygdala. Mr Slade was talking about his film, “An Amazing Brain Adventure“. Basically, he was talking about how to switch on and off your amygdala and the movie, I guess, shows how it can be done. Improving mental processes. Very good.
