At first when I heard this, I thought it was a joke. The Boy President wants to establish a Presidential Library at Southern Methodist University, and is trying to start to raise the $500,000,000 or so that he thinks that he will need to do it.

The question that popped into my head was, “What the hell kind of books is he going to have in there?” And I started coming up with a list:

• Reading Mastery – Level 2 Storybook 1 (Reading Mastery: Rainbow Edition)
• Clifford, the Big Red Dog
• Curious George
• Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day
• Where the Wild Things Are
• Toes, Ears, & Nose! A Lift-the-Flap Book
• Wheels on the Bus
• Fun With Dick and Jane

And for the advanced readers, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.

I’m sure you all can come up with other books to include in the library.
