Interviewing

Posted By Eric Ptak On August 9, 2006 @ 8:10 am In Economics | No Comments

In the department where I work, we are creating a new group to fast-track people into management positions. Yeaterday, the interview process started, with the first group (I was incliuded) was given a skills test. I wasn’t too happy with my results. It was fairly long and I didn’t get it completely done. It had a 20-question multiple guess, nad 5 longer questions. It was grueling, to say the least, if you consider the one hour we had to take the exam. I did make an attempt at the five longer questions, nad had I the time, I would have completed them all. Gotta move on, though.

So today is the face-to-face interview. That should be pretty interesting, considering how unprepared I was for that exam.

Not unprepared, surprised.
