THe last two games were severe disappointments. THey were so bad I couldn’t even write about them. THe first loss was played as if the Sabres didn’t care. Then the other nite, they did play good, but lost it in overtime. A disappointing game.

The thing that p.o.’ed me was the fact that I was over a friend’s hoouse, and he kept flipping the station to some NASCAR race. I understand that it’s his house, and his TV, but THIS IS A SABRES GAMES IN THE CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS. THE LAST THING I WANT TO WATCH IS A BUNCH OF REDNECKS DRIVING AROUND IN A BIG CIRCLE IN GAS-GUZZLING ROADHOGS.

Certainly, I did watch the Indy 500, but then, I like Danika Patrick. She’s cute, and she can drive really fast. THat’s cool. But NASCAR?

Especially when I miss most of the overtime period.
