Jello Legs and Darts in Knees

I tried running last night at the gym. After about two miles, my legs were screaming, “Stop it! Stop it! It’s fuckin’ awful!!!” My thighs felt like jello. My knees were still sore from helping P___ move Sunday. Considering that I work in a one-floor office building, and in my house I rarely, if ever, go to the second floor, it’s no wonder my knees were killng me. I think it’s time to start taking the stars instead of the escalator at the subway station. The the inside of my left ankle started getting pains, and the bone that was fractured in my right foot started to have recurrent pains. It was not good, so I stopped running. Better that, than to risk injury again. And, I guess I’ll be sticking with the stationary bike for a while.
