What a fucking annoying game. Again, the Sabres beat themselves. That game should have easily been 10-2, but they were trying to power the shots into the net rather that using judicious finesse. Briere had a lousy game, giving the puck away all to often. They took stupid penalties, and shot themselves in the foot. It was an exciting game to watch but it didn’t turn out how I wanted it to.

Now, instead of sewing up the series tomorrow, we have to o back to Philly again. Now, I have a feeling that it’s going to go to seven games, and that’s more frustrating than anything, because we will probably wind up playing a well-rested New Jersey team in the second round.
