I like Mondays. I’m nice and refreshed, well rested, and happy from a weekend well spent. I also like messing with people on Mondays. It’s always the same old tired complaints, “I don’t like Mondays” “Work sucks” “Back to the old grindstone” etc. Just to be different, I say things like, “Isn’t this a great day?” “I’m so happy to be here” “Where else would you rather be?” I have a big smile on my face, and people can’t tell if I’m being sarcastic or if I’m making fun of them. It puts them on the defensive.
