This weekend, I caught the first cold of the winter for me. Phlegm in the chest, stuffy nose, coughing constantly, slight fever, bit of a headache, you know, the works. I took an echinacea regimen yesterday, in an attempt to minimize the effects and duration of the cold. I don’t feel much better today. A little tinnitus, actually.

Some Vick’s Vaporub and some sleep would do me a lot of good.
