Today, I went to Tim Horton’s [1] today for a coffee, and to pick up a new 24-oz coffee mug because I lost one over the holidays. In the new mug, there was a coupon to get a free refill with the mug. The coupon expired December 31, 2005.
I chuckled at it, because the manager made it a point to give the coupon to me.
