5. Dysfunction – The only consistent feature in all of your dissatisfying relationships is you.
6. Failure – When your best just isn’t good enough.
7. Futility – You’ll always miss 100% of the shots you don’t take, and, statistically speaking, 99% of the shots you do.
8. Indifference – It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but it doesn’t take any to just sit there with a dumb look on your face.
9. Underachievement – The tallest blade of grass is the first to be cut by the lawnmower.

It just makes me feel so good to read such things. It makes life seem so much better when you realize that in the grand scope of things, you are unimportant. In the universe, you are a grain of sand compared to the size of the solar system.

You are the only one who finds yourself important. Maybe that’s the most important thing to remember about life.
