Jennifer May, The Bass Traveler

Tuesday, I ran into Jennifer May [1], too. I used to work with her years ago at a restaurant. I worked various positions throughout the kitchen, and she was a waitress/office assistant at the time. It’s good to see that she is doing something and is successful at it. Oddly enough, when I worked with her, I didn’t know she played bass, or even that she would play out. She seemed quite on the straight and narrow, and not the type to be hanging out in bars or touring the world playing at military bases (while playing bass LOL).

She had introduced me to that chick that I was talking to while I got drunk. I feel really bad, because after all this time I can’t remember her name (I told you I have a lousy memory when I drink!). She was cute, had a great smile, was going to school for post-grad studies. She plays keyboards and sings, too. I remember at the end of the night asking for her email. She declined, and I don’t blame her. I wouldn’t give my email to womeone who was obviously drunk when I had been drinking OJ all night.
